David is amazing. My son, 19 purchased his first home with David as his agent three years ago. David was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient with him. The process took about 6 months to find a house. It was a foreclosure so there was added paperwork, inspections, etc. David was with him every step of the way! He was also a great resource when it came to looking for a home inspector, mortgage broker and contractor to work on his house.
